Walk Your Way to Total Health

Everywhere morning walk today is a part of routine life than a status symbol. In Cannanore, exercise-savy residents took an initiative to organise themselves into a systamatic regimen to promote health through walking.

Morning walkers get organised under the banner WALKERS CLUB with 50 active members walking their way into the sedentary lifestyles. Under the stewardship of Mr. Vijayan Nair(President), Mr. Rameshkumar(Secretary) and Mr. Ambujakshan(Treasurer) they plan to conduct trekking to historical places like Paithal Mala and Ezhimala. Rtd Rr. Admiral Mohanan inspires the team. Every Sunday, they will have a brief get together at the end of their physical excercise.
